A critical component of our technician training program is comprehensive safety training to ensure we provide our services efficiently and safely for the benefit of our customers and – most importantly – our technicians and their families.

- Detailed job hazard analyses
- Hands-on training / evaluation programs
- Computer-based safety modules
- OSHA 10 and 30 hour safety programs
- Behavior-based safety programs
- Full-time dedicated field safety managers conducting field observations and supporting operations
- Formalized safety committee
- Internal safety bulletins to provide lessons learned and safety awareness to all employees
